What is the shipping timeframe for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping. International orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all Dé Rococo tags still attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I care for my Dé Rococo garments?
To maintain the longevity of our high-quality fabrics, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the internal label. Most of our structured pieces and delicate silks are dry clean only.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has reached the packing stage, we can no longer make modifications.
